PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Linganet will try and help you find a foreign language school and enrol in it and/or try to help you find accommodation of your choice. We are not responsible for any claims about the quality of the services provided later by these language schools and/or housing services. As all bookings for courses and accommodation services via this website are made directly with the Schools concerned and not with Linganet, any claims should be addressed directly to the cooperating companies and/or schools. Linganet also offers the possibility to take out a travel and/or cancellation insurance: after booking such an insurance, correspondence and claims should all be directed to the insurance company. We would strongly advise the student to take out such an insurance for the event that you are unable to commence or to complete your course for reasons beyond your control. WARRANTIES. The service of Linganet is based on information on services provided by schools and although we do our utmost to make sure that this information is accurate, complete and perfect, Linganet is not responsible for claims related to the services provided by the language schools and/or housing service companies. Therefore Linganet cannot guarantee that the services rendered by the language schools are consistent with their promises, that the language school services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or faultless and that the language school services will be accurate and reliable. Linganet is working as an independent agent and cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred to you during your stay and your journey, inside the language schools or outside. REGISTRATION FEES. When booking your language course or accommodation through Linganet you do NOT pay any registration fee. We are paid a commission directly by the Spanish schools and universities when we register a student and we do in fact SHARE part of this commission with our clients, which is the reason why we are able to offer prices below the official prices. LANGUAGE COURSE FEES. At the Linganet website we offer language courses at schools and universities and in most language programs we are able to offer our clients a special discount (compared to the official price) as we share part of the commission we earn when registering a student with the language course providers. The fees for the language courses, available on this website (including our special discounts) are based on the official prices provided by the individual language schools. If any prices are changed by the individual school we reserve the right to adjust our fees accordingly. REFUNDS AND CHANGES. The possibility of refunds and changes of courses already booked depends on the policy of each individual language institute and/or housing service. OTHER. Linganet may update this policy. Although we pay much attention to make sure that all the information contained in this website is correct, we cannot be held responsible for any typing errors; for instance in case an obvious error should appear in the prices, then we must reserve the right to inform you of the right price which then of course is applicable.
